Administration:

Stacy White
Bookkeeper
Stacy brings several years of knowledge along with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She is responsible for our financing, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, invoicing and interfacing with the bank and accountant. She is very well organized and detail oriented person with the eagerness to learn more. We greatly appreciate having her on our staff.

Billing Department:

Mary Sonnie
Billing Coordinator
Mary brings years of experience in patient and insurance billing in the healthcare field. She is responsible for our billing department and she works with families on any billing question that they may have. Her effective management of the billing department makes her a true leader at Senders Pediatrics.

Bernadine Holmes
Billing Specialist
Bernadine serves as a billing specialist with many years of billing experience working in the healthcare field. She has a great love for people and will patiently investigate and answer all patient billing questions. She is respectful, caring, and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Sandy Lewis
Billing Specialist
Sandy has excellent investigative skills and years of medical billing experience. Her warm nature and smile along with her people skills and vast knowledge of billing make her an outstanding Billing Specialist. She has determination and focus that is unwavering. We are proud to have her part of the team at Senders Pediatrics.

Ayelet Weissmann
IT and Billing Support
Ayelet is a real asset to our office with her dedication and great attention to detail. She is our “go-to girl” for all matters relating to IT and Electronic Medical Records. She also serves as the chair of our Morale Committee. With a background in environmental studies, Ayelet has helped make our office at Cedars on the Green, truly “green”.

Lead Medical Assistant:

Gina Smith
Gina’s proficiency as a medical assistant has enabled her to assume the lead position in the back office. She is conscientious, caring and she always thinks on her feet. Her dedication and organization skills are outstanding. She provides a level of service that will astound and amaze you and is beloved to all with whom she interacts.

Medical Assistants:

Erica Farine
Erica brings a quiet confidence to everything that she does. With a bright smile and a “can do” attitude, she will help make your stay at Senders Pediatrics more enjoyable and relaxing.

Lephia Holmes
Lephia is the type of person you always wanted to care for your children.  In fact, she has spent many years in the child care/day care area and we are fortunate that she brings that nurturing character with her each day that she cares for your family.

Ashley Jeffrey
Ashley is one of a kind. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is as genuine as her caring and gentle spirit! You and your child will love her energy and enthusiasm as she works with a smile.

Patient Service Coordinator:

Taylor Czarzasty
Taylor has an extensive customer service background and has excelled in taking the front office to the next level. Her warm smile and bright personality make her very approachable in the front office to all patients and parents. She is a college graduate with a BS in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University.

Patient Services Representatives:

Susan Cox
Susan has many years of experience working with people of diverse backgrounds.  Working in front office positions as well as owning her own small business, makes her uniquely capable of handling all of your concerns both big and small.  And her smile will immediately put you and your child at ease.

April Fuller
April’s many years of professional medical office experience have made her a great asset to our team. Her warm smile and sense of humor are contagious to all. When not answering the phone or helping to assist your family, April enjoys relaxing with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

Tomeka Rose
Tomeka has spent her adult life helping people as bank teller, HR assistant and in her prior job, as liaison for economically disadvantaged individuals at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland.  She can help you or she can find a way for someone else to help you with all issues that may arise.

Alicia Huntington
Alicia’s past experience includes working with patients in a hospital and taking care of a leukemia patient for five years. She enjoys children and anything to do with them. Herself the mother of an infant, she looks forward to greeting you and your family with a smile. Alicia is very family-oriented and her friendly and easygoing nature has made her a natural fit with the Senders Pediatrics family.
