For all medical questions, please use the main phone number, 216-291-9210. Our office is equipped with a state of the art Electronic Health Record that allows for rapid and accurate access of information. A receptionist will identify your concerns and depending on the urgency of the problem, you will be contacted within minutes or hours by a nurse who has been individually trained to provide sophisticated and personalized care. Questions requiring input by a doctor or nurse practitioner will be forwarded for their feedback. We pride ourselves on providing immediate attention for all urgent matters and same day response for all less urgent issues.

After hours, the main number 216-291-9210 will be answered by an answering service. The operators are instructed to ask your name, the name of your child, the age of your child and the nature of the illness. Your call will be answered within a reasonable amount of time taking into consideration the volume of other calls and the acuity of the problem. If you call after hours, please keep your phone lines clear for at least 30 minutes. Please remember that after hours calls should be reserved for emergencies. However, emergencies are what you define as an emergency and our job is to make sure that what you define as an emergency is the same as what we define. If your child should need to be seen outside of regular working hours or on weekends, you will be referred to an appropriate emergency room or urgent care center and there will be phone contact with the doctor who sees your child until the problem is resolved. Please note that after hours calls will be greeted with a message that will remind you of our office hours. Questions about scheduling and canceling appointments or about billing are more efficiently handled during office hours.
