We are located in the Cedars on the Green Health Care Facility, 2054 South Green Road, South Euclid, Ohio 44121, which also houses University Hospitals of Cleveland outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility.
 

From Solon and Bainbridge:  Take 422 West to 271 North and exit at the Brainard/Cedar exit.  Take Cedar Road west approximately 3 miles and make a right on Green Road.  We are 1.5 blocks north on Green Road on the left hand side of the street.   

From Hudson:  Take Route 91 North to 480 West to 271 North to the Brainard/Cedar Exit and follow the directions above.

From Willoughby and Willowick: Take Route 90 West to 271 South to the Brainard/Cedar Exit.  Make a left on Brainard and after going over the overpass, make a right onto Cedar Road.  Follow the directions above.

From Cleveland:  Take Carnegie east and follow Cedar Hill east on Cedar Road.  Make a left on Green Road.  We are 1.5 blocks north on Green Road on the left hand of the street.

From Bedford and Warrensville Heights:  Take 271 North to the Brainard/Cedar Exit and follow the directions above.

From Garfield and Independence:  Take 480 East to 271 North to the Brainard/Cedar Exit and follow the directions above.

From Strongsville and Avon:  Take  Route 90 East to Carnegie Road.  Follow Carnegie east and merge right onto Cedar Hill.  Continue on Cedar Road east to Green Road.  Make a left on Green Road.  We are 1.5 blocks north on Green Road on the left hand of the street.
